Fees at the Reunion

They are the same as they have been in the past few years.  Electric hookups are $16.00 per day, Barn stalls are $7.00 per day.  Primitive camping is $12.00 per day.  The weekend ride fee is $45.00 per person and includes weekend ride, Saturday supper, plus the dance.  The fee for the entire Reunion is $70.00 per person and this is $5.00 less than it was last year.

We Need YOU at This Reunion

I could use a lot of words but here's how simple it is ... we really do need your support at this ride.  Even with high fuel prices ... riders and teamsters are still out there going to rides ... Please make this 20th Annual your choice of rides for September.

Scouts and Officials at the Reunion

If you are interested in being a scout or official, please call Art.  At press time, Bill Williams, Steve Cruce and Huburt Matchett will head the three groups.  All other positions are open.  Most of you know that the best drag man in the business, Mark, had an accident on his job about a year or so ago ... let's just hope he can work the Reunion.

  We Expect A Banner Crowd

Your calls and e-mails tell us to expect a large crowd ... and that's wonderful.  Come on ... there's room for everyone ... but get your application in as soon as you can.  You can start arriving Thursday afternoon ... Ladies, I remind you again about the supper Saturday night ... bring something from the table; desserts or salads would be great.

Pictured with Beverly is the late Libby Goodpasture. She spent many unselfish years helping
Beverly in the registration trailer… truly a great lady. She was Beverly’s best friend… she
gave us many years of service and we will miss her at this 20th Annual.

Your Good Conduct is a Must

We do not make or enforce a lot of rules ... but good conduct, courtesy and care for the land where
we ride are just a few that we insist on.
We take pride in that we have women and children at the Reunion.
Bad language and excessive drinking is just not tolerated. We set a bad example … and I know that you
would not talk or act bad at any National Ride. "Nuf Said."

Coggins - Health Certificates

Don’t Leave Home Without Them! The Commonwealth of Kentucky is insistant that you arrive with
negative Coggins and Health Certificates. If you live in Kentucky, check with your vet to make sure of
the proper paperwork.
