Below is a list of the rules of the ride. Please read them carefully and sign.
 1. Trail Courtesy required at all times.
 2. Anyone under 18 years of age MUST be under the supervision of an adult.
 3. If you carry Canned or Bottled Beverages out on the trail, carry the empties back. No littering the trails.
 4. All camping Areas will be kept clean.
 5. ALL KICKING HORSES MUST wear RED tail ribbon. Ask Scouts or officials.
 6. No one allowed behind REAR SCOUT.
 7. Riding on your own is at YOUR OWN RISK.
 8. ALL UNSAFE ACTS must be reported.
 9. EVERYONE on the ride MUST wear WRIST BAND in plain view EVERYDAY.
10. NO COWBOYING, OBNOXIOUS or INTOXICATING BEHAVIOR allowed on the trail or
          in camp.
11. NO riding horses or driving wagons AFTER DARK.
12. ALL beverages MUST be covered.
               
Waiver and Release: On signing, I hereby for Myself, My Heirs, Executors and Administrators do waive and release any and all rights for damages or injury to myself, my equipment or animals. I agree to hold the NTRA, Land Owners, agents or representatives blameless for any and all claims of liability.
